In 1994 Korzite expanded its operations and built a 30,000 square foot warehouse on our property in Guelph Ontario. Specialized for warehousing flammable goods and chemicals the facility has been designed with a dry chemical fire protection and 24/7 security monitoring. For the past 25 years Korzite has been a trusted partner in Southern Ontario for housing and distributing chemical and related products.

“We were thrilled when approached by Terry from Korzite to help us with a paint formulation for our line of firepits. Our previous supplier had a great product but they were based in the Western United States and shipping costs and delays were adding expense.
They also only sold the product in 5 gallon pails where drums fit much better into our manufacturing process. High heat paints can be a challenge and Korzite worked closely with our manufacturing and quality assurance teams throughout the development process. We all learned a lot and through 3 iterations Korzite got it right! It’s great to have a local supplier and we are now working with them on a line of aerosol paints we can provide to our customers for touch-ups.”
